Adjustments before using
WARNING!
Before performing any work on the garden
tool, remove the battery.
Assembling and adjusting the
shoulder belt
 Open retaining hook and hook onto the
fastening eye on the housing.
 Adjust the shoulder belt to your height.
Adjust the shaft length
To adapt to the working height the shaft
lengt can be varied up to 45 cm.
 Loosen the threaded sleeve on the shaft

 Extend the lower shaft until the ideal
handle length is reached (œ.).
 Tighten the threaded sleeve (3.).

Inserting/replacing the battery
 Charging the battery as described in the
user manual of the charger.
 Press the charged battery into the power
tool until it clicks into place.
 To remove, press the release button (Œ.)
and pull out the battery (œ.).
CAUTION!
Protect the battery contacts when the
battery is not being used. Loose metal parts
may short-circuit the contacts –

Switching on
WARNING!
Make certain that the saw chain has not yet
been positioned for cutting and is not
touching any other objects. Risk of injury!
 Hold the saw firmly with both hands and
ensure that there are no people
(particularly children) or animals in the
immediate vicinity.
