Using the RingFlash 250
Interference through other equipment
Under certain circumstances, other
electrical equipment can cause interfe-
rence to the RingFlash 250� You can alter
the access code of the RingFlash 250
and pick-up as follows:

Remove the small cover on the underside
of the RingFlash 250 base station�

Change the setting of the 8-position DIP
switch, illustrated below, as necessary.

Remove the cover of the pick-up housing
as described on Page 25.

Change the setting of the 8-position mini
DIP switch according to the settings
programmed on the RingFlash 250 base
station�

Replace the cover of the pick-up housing
as described on Page 25.

The Status LED (1) of the respective pick-
up flashes when the batteries reach a
critical charge level. If the Status LED (1)
flashes once every 5 seconds, change
the 23A battery. If the Status LED (1)
flashes twice every 5 seconds, change
the CR2 battery.
You can insert a vibration pad (not con-
tained in the material supplied) in the con-
nection socket (13) on the rear side of the
RingFlash 250 base station� If a signal
is received, the vibration pad begins to
shake�
You can use suitable screws and wall
dowels (not contained in the material
supplied) to mount the RingFlash 250
base station, via the holes in its base, on
a wall�
