∙ Set the rotary switch to cooking I, the LED lights up.
∙ Once the eggs are done, a signal sounds. Turn off the device.
∙ Remove the lid at a slightly angle from the device so that the condensation water
can run onto the cooking plate.
∙ Take out the egg tray with the handles and briefly quench the eggs with cold water.
Keeping warm
∙ If not all eggs are needed after quenching, they can be kept warm in the device.

Poached eggs
∙ The eggs are gently steam cooked without the shell.
∙ Lightly grease the poaching tray with butter and put 1 egg into a mould.
∙ Fill 50 ml water (see marking on the measuring cup) into the cooking plate and
place the egg tray.
∙ Place the poaching tray on the egg tray and place the lid on.
∙ Turn the rotary switch to cooking I, the LED lights up.
∙ Once the eggs are done, a signal sounds. Turn off the device and carefully take out
the eggs using a small spoon.
∙ The hardness of the eggs can be regulated with the amount of water (harder: more
water; softer: less water).
