12. Function
Cold water
The contact temperature sensor continuously measures the temperature in the cold
water line. If the temperature exceeds the set target value, the solenoid valve opens.
Water heated by stagnation flows out. When the temperature reaches the set target
value, the solenoid valve closes.
Hot water
The contact temperature sensor continuously measures the temperature in the hot
water line. If the temperature falls below the set target value, the solenoid valve
opens. Water cooled by stagnation flows out. When the temperature reaches the set
target value, the solenoid valve closes.
Target values
The default setting for the cold water target value is 25 °C.
The default setting for the hot water target value is 40 °C.
The target values can be set using the free software when the fitting is connected to
an ECC function controller.
13. Maintenance and care
The fitting must be checked and maintained at regular intervals depending on the
water quality and in accordance with the local conditions and rules and regulations
applicable at the site.

13.1 Close the water volume regulators (see
13.2 Unscrew the locking screws (a) on the water volume regulators.
13.3 Replace the filters (b).
