heating unit
Functional principle:
It is taken for granted, that Heating Unit Mod. 303 / Mod. 300 is connected according to
instructions and is ready for use.
Heating unit is activated -> main switch stands on position - 1 - then circulation pump is
running and water circulates in the water circuit.
Heating element is plugged and is this way ready for use, which means:
When water temperature drops in circuit under the flow temperature value adjusted at the heating
elemen, heating element starts with heating function. Control lamp illuminates at heating element.
Heating element heats water up until adjusted and desired value at flow temperature sensor is
reached (sensor is in the heating element).
After having reached this target value, heating element turns off.
Control lamp at the heating element stops to illuminate. When flow temperature is lower,
heating element starts automatically again and begins to heat.........
Water flow temperature has to be adjusted at at least 20° C.
Attention -> the higher the adjusted temperature, the more lime deposits!
Control System
Main Control Switch Position:
0 = OFF circulation pump and heating element are out of service.
1 = ON circulation pump runs constantly, heating element switches on automatically.
