Description
The reliability of quality measurements is a key factor in the competitive world of the manufac-
turing industry. With its "V" blocks (7)(8), the Concentricity Pro eliminates the measurement er-
rors inherent in the traditional design of concentricity measurement tools. This assembly is ca-
pable of measuring the concentricity of cylindrical components 5) below 1 micron and is perfect-
ly suited for cutting tools, punches, tools in the automotive, aerospace and semiconductor in-
dustries. Thanks to its rotary drive (14) and extremely precise carbide "V" blocks, this concen-
tricity measurement tool can be combined with a profile projector or used independently,
equipped with a dial indicator or laser scanner. The ingenious ball-shaped stop 3) touches the
center of the component at a single point. On the other hand, a single drive wheel 9) ensures a
very slow rotation of the component, which is particularly effective when checking spiral cutting
tools, such as milling cutters, stepped tools and drill bits.
On our cover page, this tool is presented with adaptation plates for Marcel Aubert cross tables.
Below, it is shown without plate in Fig. A / B / C, in which form it is of course also available
(MA 145-011). This tool works both clockwise and counter-clockwise with a simple adjustment.
