- The cappuccino can also be prepared by using the steam pipe (11).
- To obtain the milk froth for the cappuccino, pour the milk to be prepared in a tall and narrow
container until it is half full, immerse the steam pipe (11) until it touches the bottom of the container,
slowly turn the steam tap knob (3) anticlockwise and bring the milk almost to the boiling.
Move the container up and down under the open tap, and allow the steam jet to touch the surface
of the milk for a few seconds and obtain the froth. To obtain the cappuccino, add the hot and
frothed milk in the coffee prepared in the cappuccino cup.
Cappuccino Preparation
Once the machine has reached the required pressure, as illustrated
in chapter 7 - STARTING THE MACHINE, proceed as follows:
- insert the silicon tube (20) in the milk container, placed next to
the machine, (picture P);
- place the cup containing the previously prepared coffee under
the nozzle of the Cappuccino Automatic, and open the steam
tap knob (4) by turning it anticlockwise; this will start the delivery
of emulsified hot milk, with abundant froth. To stop the delivery,
close the steam tap knob (4), by turning it clockwise.
You can adjust the milk froth by acting on the pin ( C ) (Fig. 2),
Cappuccino Automatic to have the desired consistency of cream.
For a cream with greater volume, move the plug upwards ( Fig. 2 ).
When you are done making cappuccino you must clean milk
residues from the Automatic Cappuccino maker.
1. put beside the machine a full glass of water, and dip the suction
pipe ( B ) .
2. Proceed as for the normal preparation of a cappuccino, letting
the dirty water in unrecipiente suitable.
