12) FOOTSWITCH CONFIGURATION
This assigns the footswitch to activating and bypassing the Pocket
Bass Amp or muting the unit while feeding the signal to the BASS
THRU output (20) for silent tuning. The latter is also useful for
noise-free instrument swapping onstage.
Alternatively, BASS THRU (20) can be used to feed the unprocessed
signal to a second amp.
13) CAB SELECTOR
This switch selects simulations of the warm, throaty sound of a
vintage bass cabinet or the tight, wide response with ultra lows
and highs of modern speakers. No frequency contouring is added in
the FLAT position.
14) BYPASS SWITCH
This footswitch activates and deactivates the Pocket Bass Amp. With
a tuner or second amp connected to BASS THRU (20) and the assign
switch (12) in the MUTE position the footswitch feeds the input
signal to this output (see 12).
15) ON/OFF INDICATOR
This LED lights green when the Pocket Bass Amp is bypassed. It
turns red when sound processing is activated.
16) BASS INPUT
Use a quality instrument cable with ¼" mono plugs to connect your
bass to this jack.
17) PAD SWITCH
Select the NORMAL position for use with passive bass guitars and
the -12dB PAD for active instruments.
