DIRECT RECORDING AMP
For direct recording applications connect the balanced XLR ou-
tput (21) to a mic input of your mixer or audio interface and
adjust their input gain and/or the Pocket Bass Amp volume to
prevent clipping. Please refer to the user manual of your mixer
or interface.
PREAMP AND LIVE AMP
Use the Pocket Bass Amp to drive a power amp and speakers or
with a PA and monitoring system replacing your rig. Connect it
to the power amp line input or a mic input of your mixer, adjust
the channel's input gain and/or the Pocket Bass Amp volume to
prevent clipping and you're ready to rock.
PRACTICE AMP
For quiet practice connect headphones or earbuds (18). The Poc-
ket Bass Amp also features an AUX input (19) for sources like
MP3 players to play along to your favorite songs. Use the sour-
ce's volume control for playback level adjustment.
REAMPING
Connecting the Pocket Bass Amp to the aux send and return or a
channel insert of your mixer allows you to use the unit as an
outboard processor for re-amping existing tracks. Please refer
to your mixer's user manual.
