Recommendations
• Check that the open/close (E) handle is in a vertical
position.
• Check that the seal is properly in place. Refer to the
section headed "Cleaning and maintenance".
• Ensure that the jaws are properly closed below the
rim of the pan (N).
• If opening/closing during cooking, apply slight pres-
sure to the centre of the lid to close your pressure
cooker.
