Troubleshooting
Before contacting your technical service department, please check if the cause of the problem can be
found and resolved using the following table:
Problemes
Slight odour or a small amount of smoke during the
initial use of the cooking appliance.
The gas flow seems abnormal
If there is a smell of gas in the room
The oven does not heat up
Intermittent grill functionality.
Condensation forming between glass panels.
WARNING: To avoid the risk of electric shocks, ensure that all power to the appliance is cut off, and
that the appliance is completely cold before removing the lamp cover.
Solutions
This is normal and will stop after the first 2 or 3
uses.
Be sure that :
Burner holes are not blocked
The pressure regulator works
The valve is fully open
Be sure that :
The gas valve is not open
The gas supply hose is well positioned and in good
condition. Remember to replace it at least once a
year.
Be sure that :
the oven knobs are in the correct position.
Cooking time is not too long
Check that the temperature is correct for the type
of food to be cooked.
When the grill is working at a thermostatic setting
below the maximum, this is regulated by the
thermostat which either does or does not activate
the grill, thereby causing this intermittence.
This phenomenon is caused by moisture contained
within certain foods.
