Advice for cooking

Start cooking with a big flame if necessary. The outer part of the flame is much hotter than the interior. As
a result, the top of the flame creates a waste gas. Here, the gas burners do not require flat-bottomed pans,
flames lick the bottom of the pan and spread the heat over its entire surface.
No special pan is necessitated for gas burners. However, thin-walled pans, transmit heat to the food more
quickly than thick walled pans.
A heavy pot prevents partial overheating as it ensures sufficient thermal compensation.
Avoid very small pans. The thick, shallow pans are more suitable than narrow and very deep pots because
they ensure a more rapid heating. Cooking is not accelerated by placing narrow pans on large burners. The
result is just a waste of gas. For proper usage, place small pans on small burners and large pans on large
burners.
Also remember to put a lid on pans to reduce gas consumption.
During use, the machine becomes hot, the door or the outer surface may be hot.
You should avoid touching the heating elements in the oven.
Metal objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the surface because it may
be hot.
To facilitate ignition, turn on the burner before placing pans on racks. After turning on, check if the flames
are normal.
Always lower the flame or turn it off before removing the pan.
