CONNECTING THE DISCHARGE PIPE

- Connect elbow

Connect the end of the water inlet pipe to the
connector fitted previously.

Once the connections have been made,
locate the bowl on the threaded bowl support
rods.
Keep the supporting chock under the bowl.

Switch on the power supply. Wait
20 seconds for the appliance to initialise.
Open the water valve fully, to rinse entire
appliance through.
Activate (full flush) by pressing on the
dark grey part of the pushbutton.
Throw in a few sheets of toilet paper, then
flush again.

Remove the bowl, and check that all
connections are completely watertight.

SANICOMPACT

according to which cycle you choose.
Eco flush (light grey button):
11 seconds and 1.8L: rinsing of the bowl for
5 seconds, the pump works for 4 seconds
(for 2 seconds, the bowl continues to fill),
then the bowl fills again for 2 seconds.
Normal flush (by default, dark grey
button):
17 seconds and 3L: The bowl is rinsed for
10 seconds, the pump works for 5 seconds
(for 3 seconds, the bowl continues to fill) then
the bowl fills again for 2 seconds.
You can lengthen the first rinse of the normal
flush to 16 seconds if the default flush is not
enough.

To re-programme:
• Press the two grey buttons at the same time
for 5 seconds.
• The motor works for 2 seconds, this means
you have entered programming mode.
• Each time you press the dark grey button
you increase the length of the normal flush
by 1 second: each time you press it will be
validated by the motor running for a short
period.

decrease the length of the flush by

To exit programming mode:
• Either press both grey buttons at the same
time for 5 second.
• Or do nothing for several seconds.
The motor runs for 2 seconds, this means
that you have left programming mode.
Comment 1: the minimum length of the first
rinsing flush for the normal flush is 10
seconds (default programming) and the
maximum length is 16 seconds.
Comment 2: the eco flush cannot be
modified.

THE INSTALLATION

- Remount the pan onto the threaded
rods.

- Tighten the side screws on the inside of
the stainless steel inserts until the bowl
is totally fixed in place.

- Finally add the screw covers.

water supply to the bathroom is turned off.

• Normal household bleaches/WC cleansers
can be used with a SANICOMPACT
Comfort/SANICERAMIC 4
®
• To avoid the build up of limescale in the unit,
use the following procedure.
- disconnect the power supply to the unit,
- pour 3 or 4 litres of water mixed with a
strong solution of descalent/spirit of salts
into the WC pan,
- leave it to stand for 1 or 2 hours, then
re-connect the electric supply,
- flush several times to clear.
The frequency of this operation will depend on the
hardness of the water in your locality. We would
recommend this be done about twice a year.
