This cooking function is carried out using the lower element. Recommended for cooking moist dishes
(quiches, etc.) and risen dough dishes (cakes, brioches).
The cooking temperature can be adjusted in increments of 5°C between 35°C and 220°C.

Press SET as many times as necessary to select the SOLE function.
165°C flashes in the display to prompt you to choose the desired
cooking temperature.
Press the + and – buttons to adjust the cooking temperature, e.g.
180°C.
Confirm by pressing START/STOP; the clock numerals begin to flash.
Press the + and – buttons to adjust the cooking time, e.g. 40 minutes.
Confirm by pressing START/STOP; the oven switches on and the
programme begins.

The cooking time may be adjusted at any moment, simply by pressing SET and then the +
and – buttons. Confirm by pressing START/STOP.
You can preheat your oven with the quick preheat button and then return to this sequence.
A beep sounds to indicate that the programmed temperature has been reached.
