Troubleshooting

The remote release 8 will not switch on.
► The battery is empty. Replace the battery (see section
Inserting/replacing the battery).

► The distance between the remote release 8 and the smart-
phone is too big. Make sure that the remote release 8 is no
more than 10 meters away from the smartphone.
► Your smartphone may be using an unsupported operating
system. Check the version of the operating system on your
smartphone (for supported operating systems, see section
Technical data).
