It is the owner and/or operator responsibility to study ALL WARNINGS, operating and maintenance instructions contained on
the product label and instruction manual prior to operation of this unit. The owner/operator shall retain product instructions for
future reference.
The owner and/or operator is responsible for providing maintenance, maintaining all decals or warning labels and while in use,
maintaining the unit in good working order. If the owner and/or operator is not fluent in English, French or Spanish, the product
warnings and instructions shall be read and discussed with the operator in the operator's native language by the purchaser/
owner or his designee. Make sure that the operator comprehends its contents. Safety information shall be emphasized and
understood prior to usage. The jack shall be inspected per the instruction manual prior to use.
Raising Vehicle:
1. Before use, a visual inspection of the U-Jack™ should be made for abnormal conditions such as cracked welds.
Damaged, bent, worn, loose or missing parts, or hydraulic leaks. If you notice anything remove the jack from service until
repaired or replaced.
2. Make sure the U-Jack™ and the vehicle are on a hard level surface.
3. Always set the parking brake, move automatic shift selector to park position. In case of manual transmission, move gear
selector into reverse position. In addition, the wheel diagonally opposite from the wheel being lifted shall be chocked in
both directions.
4. Consult the vehicle owner's manual for location of jack points.
5. Turn the handle clockwise to closed position. Do not over tighten!
6. Place U-Jack™ beneath the vehicle at jack point recommended by the vehicle
manufacturer. (Fig. 1A)
7. Align saddle with jack point.
8. Raise the vehicle to desired height by pumping the handle.
9. Before placing jack stand, inspect the stands for broken or cracked welds, broken or
worn teeth on the ratchet mast or locking
mechanism, loose or missing parts. If you
notice anything remove the stands from service
until repaired or replaced.
10. The U-Jack™ is designed to work with jack stand
with max base width of 8" (20.32 cm). (Fig. 1B)

11. Place jack stand between the front wheels of
the U-Jack™ with the release handle away from
the U-Jack™. Do not get under the vehicle.
Work from side of vehicle. (Fig. 2A)
12. Raise the jack stand column assuring the jack stand
saddle is centered with the jack point. (Fig. 2B)
13. Slowly lower U-Jack™ by turning release valve
counter clockwise leaving the vehicle on the
jack stand.
14. Pull U-Jack™ straight back away from vehicle
leaving jack stand in place. (Fig. 3)
