When using a lens with automatic iris control, set the
switch "ELC" to "OFF".
7.2 Amplification of the video signal
When using a long camera cable (cable length
> 100 m), the picture quality may be impaired as the
damping of the video signal increases with the cable
length. The video signal level can be increased up to
2 Vpp via the recessed control (6) on the camera side
so that a cable with a length of up to 1 km can be used.
Thus, an additional video amplifier is not necessary.
To increase the signal level turn up the control with a
small screw driver in arrow direction.
