Description
Cameras with Auto-Iris lenses are uses at places with changing light
conditions and provide a constant illuminated picture at all time. The
Auto-Iris Level Control (ALC) controls the max. aperture incidence of
light.
ALC: ON / OFF
Here you can turn the function on / off.
ALC LEVEL: 1 – 9
The higher the value, the brighter the picture.
Here you can set the exposure time (Shutter) and the automatic gain
control (AGC).
The shorter the exposure time, the less light can get to the CCD and
the darker the picture will be.
At changing light conditions the AGC controls the gain of the video
signal and takes care for constant brightness.
SHUTTER: FIXED / AES
FIXED: The exposure time is set to a fix value.
AES: The exposure time is controlled by the camera.
AES LEVEL: 1 – 9
The lower the value, the shorter the camera controlled exposure time.
FIXED LEVEL: 0 – 8
Here you can set the fix value of the exposure time (Value in seconds).

GAIN: FIXED / AGC
FIXED: The automatic gain control is set to a fix value.
AGC: The automatic gain control is controlled by the camera.
AGC LEVEL: 1 – 9
The higher the value, the higher the max. automatic gain, but also the
image noise can intensify.
FIXED LEVEL: 1 – 9
The higher the value, the higher the gain value, but also the image
noise can intensify.
