Training program
•
Choose an aqua tube with weight suits your strength or need. Or adjust the aqua
tube weight by adding or reducing water in it.
•
Perform this program 1 – 3 times, each time doing 10 – 15 reps or 30 seconds.
EXERCISE 1:
•
Begin in a squat stance with the
aqua tube on end. Lift the aqua
tube up by gripping the middle
with both hands and stand up.
EXERCISE 2:
•
With the aqua tube in a two-
handed neutral hold held
overhead, squat down.
•
(Optional) Take the aqua tube by
holding the 2 end handle grips
and perform the same motion.
EXERCISE 3:
•
Begin with the aqua tube in
a two-handed neutral hold
and lift it at chest. Maintain a
1.5 footprint in sagittal plane.
Push the aqua tube outward
horizontally.
Perform the same on the other
side.
