Use the temperature dial to set the desired temperature, and use the time dial to set
the required cooking time. The function dial should be turned to the upper heating
coil/lower heating coil setting.

After grilling is finished, carefully remove the skewer using the handle, then prepare
the chicken for serving.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

6.1 Safety advice

o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power supply and has cooled down.
o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and
the plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets.
Therefore, you must not use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!

6.2 Cleaning

o Clean the device regularly.
o Remove the device's plug from its socket and wait for it to cool.
o Wash removable elements of the device (grid, baking tray, grid/tray handle, chicken
skewer, chicken skewer handle, crumb tray) in warm water with a mild cleaning agent
and soft cloth or sponge. Rinse the washed elements in clean water to remove
leftover soap, then dry thoroughly.
o If the baking tray has stubborn dirt, it can be removed with a small amount of oil.
Leave the oil to soak the dirt for a few minutes, then remove with a paper towel.
o Wash the device's surface and cooking chamber with a mild cleaning agent and
soft, moist cloth.
o Common oven cleaners can be used for removing stubborn dirt.
o Always use soft cloths or sponges, never use sharp cleaners that could scratch
the device.
o After cleaning, dry and polish the device with a soft, dry cloth.
