Notes:
o The blender is intended for blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices,
shakes. Also for mixing soft ingredients as pancake batter or pureeing cooked ingredi-
ents, to make baby food or soup.
o Pour the liquid ingredients into the blender through the hole in the lid.
o To crush ice, use the pulse fonction.
o Never open the lid while the appliance is still running.
o Do not introduce hot liquids into the blender as it may damage the jug irreversibly.
o Use a spatula to remove the ingredients from the wall of the jar: the cutting edges of
the blade are very sharp.
o In some cases, the ingredients are easier to blend if you add some liquid, like broth to
cooked vegetables.
o For better and even results, blend only small batches at a time.
o If you are processing a liquid that is warm or tends to foam, do not put more than
1 litre into the blender jug to avoid spillage.
 USEFUL TIPS AND WARNING
o
Rotate the switch to "P" for the pulse function when the food processed requires a
pre-mixing.
o
Ensure the blade holder is installed properly before operation.
o
Do not push food in the feed tube with fingers or other objects (like knives): always
use the enclosed pusher.
o
Be extremely careful when handling blades and inserts, especially while assembling,
disassembling and cleaning after use. Blades are very sharp.
o
Please wait till all the components stop running before unplugging the power cord
and taking off the processing bowl.
