Notes:
o
Always place the chopper inside the bowl before feeding food.
o
It is recommended to start the speed setting on low then increase. Use the pulse
function several times to avoid chopping too fine. Do not operate too long while cut-
ting hard cheese or chocolate: they may overheat and begin to melt.
o
Standard chopping time: 30-60 sec.

Kneading blade

o Place the drive shaft into the center of the motor base. Ensure it is properly installed.
o Mount the processing bowl onto the shaft by turning its handle clockwise until it fits.
o Clip the kneading blade on the blade adaptor.
o Set the blade adaptor in the bowl over the drive shaft.
o Put the lid on the bowl, turn the lid clockwise until it locks into place.
o Pour liquid and/or give solid ingredients in the bowl through the feed tube. Use the pusher
to guide solid ingredients through the feed tube.

Bread: Flour/yeast/water
Pasta dough
Note:
o
Standard kneading time: 30-180 sec.

o Mount the processing bowl onto the shaft by turning its handle clockwise until it fits.
o Clip the emulsifying disc on the adaptor.
o Set the blade adaptor in the bowl over the drive shaft.
o Put the lid on the bowl, turn the lid clockwise until it locks into place.
o Pour liquid ingredients in the bowl through the feed tube. Use the pusher to close the
feed tube, to prevent ingredients from escaping through the feed tube.

o The emulsifying disc can be used for making mayonnaise or pudding, for whipping cream
and whisking egg whites.

Do not use the emulsifying disc to knead flour.
