5. Before starting the equipment
The lawn mower is delivered unassembled. The
complete push bar and the grass basket must be
assembled before using the lawn mower. Follow the
operating instructions step-by-step and use the
pictures provided as a visual guide to easily assemble
the machine.
Fitting the push bar (Fig. 3a to 3d)
Take the bottom push bar and insert them into the
two respective openings (Fig. 3a). Attach the push
bar brackets as shown in Figure 3b, using the screws
provided (Fig. 2/Item 11). Secure the top push bar
and the bottom push bar using the star nuts (Fig.
2/Item 9) and screws (Fig. 2/Item 10) as shown in
Figure 3c. Then attach the power cable to the push
bar (Fig. 3d) using the cable clips (Fig. 2/Item 12).
Fitting the grass box (Fig. 3e)
Before you fit the grass bag you must ensure that the
motor is switched off and the blade is not rotating. Lift
the ejector flap (Fig. 3e/Item 5) with one hand. With
the other hand, hold the grass bag by the handle and
hook it in from above (Fig. 3e).

Battery
The device is fitted with a lead battery. The lead
battery pack is completely closed and maintenance
free.
Battery charge level indicator (Fig. 5a)
The battery pack is equipped with 3 LEDs which
show the charge level of the battery pack during
operation.
Green LED (Fig. 5a/Pos. C): Battery charge level
high.
Yellow LED (Fig. 5a/Pos. D): Battery charge level
decreasing. Stop work as soon as possible.
Red LED (Fig. 5a/Pos. E): Battery nearly empty.
Stop work IMMEDIATELY and charge the battery.
Otherwise the battery's service life will be greatly
shortened.
If no LED lights up, the battery pack is not inserted
correctly. Remove the battery pack and insert
correctly.
