10. Commissioning
(Specialist installer)
10.1 Before commissioning
Check all connections again:
– Condensation run-off hose correctly
installed
– Ventilation channels / ventilation
components correctly installed
– Electrical connection done in accordance
with the wiring diagram
– Jumper settings correct (if required)
10.2 Adjusting ventilation system
Check whether the factory-set volumetric
flows for the supply air and exhaust air fan
match with the volumetric flows defined by
the planner. In the case of deviations, set
the volumetric flows defined by the planner
for the supply air and exhaust air fan, using
the 6 potentiometer adjusters.
Danger to life from electric
shock. Control circuit board
and room air control are
DANGER
still powered up even if the
front cover is opened.
Behave in a security and
safety-conscious way in the
area of the control circuit
board.
Release the 2 quick-release clips and open
the front shutter downwards.
Remove both screws from the control
circuit board cover and remove it.
Adjust the total volumetric flows for the
individual ventilation levels using the 6
potentiometer adjusters on the control
circuit board. Refer to Chapter 10.3 to 10.5
for adjustment values and adjustment
options:
– Supply air: Ventilation levels 1, 2 and 3
with the blue potentiometer adjusters
– Exhaust air: Ventilation levels 1, 2 and 3
with the red potentiometer adjusters

Fix the control circuit board cover back in
place and close the front shutter.
Install all the supply air and exhaust air
valves, ventilation grilles and wall overflow
elements pre-defined by the planner.
Adjust the ventilation system with these
elements:
– Switch the ventilation unit on at the room
air control, see Chapter 5.
– Select ventilation level 2.
– Adjust the planned partial volumetric flow
for all rooms.
If necessary, correct the total volumetric
flows at the potentiometer adjusters, as
described before.
Start the ventilation unit up only
i
after installation is complete and
the control circuit board cover is
in place.
