FAULT DIAGNOSIS
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator. If the machine is still not working, please contact your local Service Agent:
Trouble

Vacuum does not work or the

Batteries aren't connected.

Usage
General purpose scrubbing
Light scrubbing

Remedy
Connect the batteries.
Charge the machine for 8 hours.
Connect the motor.
If yes, follow steps below. If no, contact your
local Service Agent.
Empty recovery tank.
Refit the recovery tank drain hose plug.
Refit the recovery tank lid.
Check vacuum float cage for debris and clean.
Check ball is not stuck in top position.
Check squeegee hose for signs of damage and
refit.
Use foot pedal to lower the squeegee blades to
the floor
Check squeegee blades for signs of damage and
clean.
Turn on brush motor
Fill solution tank
Check the solution solenoid button light comes
on and you can hear it when pulling the handle
triggers.
Change water tap to open position. The water
tap can be found at the back of the machine,
just inside of the left hand wheel from the
operator's position.
Use a brush and detergent which are suitable
for the type of floor or dirt to be cleaned.
Replace brush
