5. Place the child inside the baby carrier (diag. 5).
WARNING: Hold your child safely while carrying out
this operation. Ensure that the child's legs are posi-
tioned correctly, straddling the seat.
6. Connect the padded strap (l) to the baby carrier
shoulder straps using the buckles (E) fastened to
the ends of the waist strap
Make sure the buckle has been threaded up-
wards through the slots and is connected properly
(diag.6 A) Use the slot which is most suitable for
your baby's growth phase; make sure baby's head
is resting snugly inside the headrest (B). Check that
the safety clasps are fastened properly (diag. 6C).
7. Use the buckle adjusters ( E ) to obtain a more
comfortable and secure position for your baby
(diag. 7). It is also necessary to adjust the child
waist strap using the belts (F) so the baby carrier is
never too wide or too tight and adjusted properly
to suit your baby's build (see section 16) .
8. Support the base of the baby carrier to regulate
the length of the shoulder straps one at a time,
pulling the belts until the baby is close up to you
and resting upright against your chest; this will
guarantee maximum comfort and safety for both
you and your baby (diag. 8).
FACING FORWARD
When the child is able to keep its head straight and
its shoulders in a vertical position, approximately
from four months of age, it can be transported in a
forward facing position.
9. Place the child inside the baby carrier facing for-
ward (diag. 9).
WARNING: Hold your child safely while carrying out
this operation. Ensure that the child's legs are posi-
tioned correctly, straddling the seat.
10. Fold the padded strap downwards by 180 de-
grees (diag. 10A).
11. Connect the padded strap (l) to the baby car-
rier shoulder straps using the buckles fastened
to the ends of the waist strap itself (diag. 11).
Make sure the buckle has been threaded upwards
through the slots and is connected properly. Use
the slot that most suits your baby's build. Check
that the safety clasps are fastened properly.
12. Use the buckle adjusters ( E ) to obtain a more
comfortable and secure position for your baby
(diag. 12A). The child's waist strap must be ad-
justed every time it is used Adjust the belts (F)
so the baby carrier is never too wide or too tight
and adjusted properly to suit your baby's build
(see section 16). Adjust the length of the lateral
width capacity adjuster belts to guarantee maxi-
mum comfort for you and your baby (Diag. 12 B)
13. Support the base of the baby carrier to regulate
the length of the straps, one at a time, pulling
the straps until the baby is close and resting
upright against your chest; this will guarantee
maximum comfort and safety for both you and
your baby (diag. 13).
HOW TO REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE BABY
CARRIER
It is recommended that you remove the child from
the Baby Carrier while sitting.
14. Hold the child safely and unfasten the buckles
located on both sides of the padded band (diag.
14).
15. Remove the child from the baby carrier (diag. 15).
HOW TO ADJUST THE WIDTH AT THE BABY
CARRIER
16. The baby carrier also has two practical width ca-
pacity adjusters to adapt the central section of
the carrier so that it suits a baby's various growth
phases. Pull the straps to adjust the width capac-
ity as seen in diagram 16.
