Maintenance
Always stop the suction blower
prior to repair and maintenance.
Brake the tractor, stop the motor
and remove the ignition key, so
that the suction blower cannot
be started by mistake during
repair or maintenance.
Creasing
Every 8 working hours – PTO
shaft
Grease the PTO shaft every 8 wor-
king hours (see the separate in-
structions for use supplied together
with the PTO shaft).
SUC 300:
The bearings of the blower are
lubricated from the factory before
delivery, and no further lubrication
will be required.
SUC 500:
Grease the bearings on the blower
belt side every 200 working hours.
Use a lithium base grease of mini-
mum quality as Mobil Mobilux EP2
or Esso Beacon EP2. Regrease
with approx. 1 1/4 cu in = 20 cm
20 g each time.
SUC 700:
Grease the bearings on the blower
belt side every 50 working hours.
Use a lithium base grease of mini-
mum quality as Mobil Mobilux EP2
or Esso Beacon EP2. Regrease
with approx. 1 1/2 cu in = 25 cm
25 g each time.
SUC 1000:
Grease the bearings on the blower
belt side every 50 working hours.
Use a lithium base grease of mi-
nimum quality as Mobil Mobiltemp
SHC 100. Regrease with approx.
1 1/2 cu in = 25 cm
= 25 g each
3
time.
Never overgrease the bearings. If
the casing is filled with too much
grease, the bearing will get hot.
Yearly
Grease the wheel bearing once a
year.

Cleaning
The screen inside the top of the
cyclone should be cleaned regu-
larly.
The material conveyed will deter-
mine how often cleaning is requi-
red.
If the screen is blocked the capacity
of the blower will be reduced.
Tire pressure
Check the tire pressure regularly. It
must be 30 psi (2.1 bar).
Retightening
On a new blower all bolts and
screws are to be retightened after
the first working day. Apart from
that make sure that they are tight at
all time.
Storage
Clean and grease the suction blo-
wer before storage.
To prevent rust, store the machine
in a dry place protected against
wind and moisture.
