3. Lift the leftover holder and place the food to be sliced on the food carriage.
4. If you need both hands to place the food to be sliced, you can fix the leftover
holder:
− Pull the leftover holder completely to yourself.
− Fold it completely to the right.
− Then push it forward again until it stops.
The leftover holder will be fixed in this position and you will have your both hands
free.
