How HobbyMaster works
The HobbyMaster Energizer sends electrical pulses along the
fence line, about one second apart. These pulses give the animal
a short, sharp, but safe shock. The shock doesn't harm the
animal. It is suffi ciently memorable that the animal never forgets
the shock, and will avoid the fence.
