4 General Recommendations for Use
• The intensity control allows you to regulate the intensity of the massage
as required. Start at a gentle speed and progressively increase it,
depending on your sensitivity to the massage.
• The infrared radiation is an additional function to the massage action.
Use it to strengthen the effectiveness of the massage. This function
moves fat, heating and draining it, as well as smoothing bumpy "orange
peel skin".
• If using special treatment creams (firming and anti-cellulite creams, for
example), apply these after the massage, which prepares the skin and
