DEVICE OPERATION
1. Set both switches to "0".
2. Connect the power cable to a power socket.
3. Then insert the containers symmetrically into the device rotor.
Use special adaptors to secure smaller containers in the rotor slots.
4. For the SBS-MZ-4000/6-1.5 model there is an option to change the round rotor for a rectangular one equipped with
more slots for containers.
5. Set the time and revs using the knobs (applicable to SBS-LZ-4000/20-6, SBS-LZ-4000/20-12), close the protective lid
and activate the device.
ROTOR CHANGE (APPLIES TO SBS-MZ-4000/6-1.5)
Use an Allen key to loosen the mounting bolt.

Attach a rectangular rotor using the mounting bolt.

IX. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, crashing and turning upside down. Store it in a properly
ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.
X. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the machine from the electricity when cleaning it.
• Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.

Then lift the entire rotor.
Then tighten the bolt so that the rotor does
not move out of position when in use.

• After cleaning, all parts should be able to dry before the machine is to be reused.
• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture.
• Never spray the device with water jets.
XI. REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Check regularly whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact your
customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).

• If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give a detailed and
precise description of the matter. The more detailed your information, the better the customer service will be able to
solve your problem rapidly and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to a loss of warranty!
