Beware of rotating knives.
Using the machine on steep slopes is dangerous. Only use the machine in areas, where
the machine may be handled safely.
Use close-fitting clothes, solid gloves and shoes/boots with non-skid soles when using the
machine.
Take care not to touch hot parts on the machine.
Exhaust fumes may cause nausea, vomiting or death. If it is necessary to use the machine
in a closed area, always use an extension to the exhaust pipe to remove the exhaust
fumes. Always work in a well-ventilated area.
Never touch the belts when they are in motion. Never attempt any maintenance with the
engine running.
Never fill fuel onto the engine when you are smoking, when the engine is running, or the
machine is close to open fire or sparks. The engine must always be turned off when you
tank.

3. Working conditions

Before using the machine the steer must be adjusted to the correct working height.
Take care when working in hard and stony soil. Always keep both hands on the steer to
ensure that work is done in a calm and safe way.
Before work the ground should be cleared of big stones, metal parts of other hard material.
Beware of hidden roots and stumps of tree.
Only use the machine in suitable light conditions. All work must be done calmly and con-
siderately.
Frequently check the bolts and nuts. By noticeable shaking, the machine must be stopped
immediately and check for faults be done.
For safety reasons the engine must always be stopped, when you leave it.
