MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this transfer bench is
recommended to ensure that all parts and hardware are
secure, that components are in good working order and
not worn, torn, frayed, or loose, and that there are no
obstructions or impediments to normal, safe operation. If
any part or mechanism appears to be unsafe or damaged,
do not use the product. If you experience problems, please
contact Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE
ASSEMBLY:
1. Remove contents from box
making sure you have all parts
described here.
2. Place both transfer bench seat
sections upside down on a flat
surface.
3. Slide smaller seat section into
larger section by depressing the
brass pushbuttons and inserting
into the receptacles. Pushbuttons
will pop out when secure.
(Figure 1)
4. Remove black top from 4 leg
receptacles.
5. Attach leg with the large suction
cup (marked "A") by depressing
the pushbuttons and inserting
into the receptacle with the
matching "A" until the pushbutton
snaps and locks into place. Repeat
for second leg. (Figure 2)
6. Attach leg with small rubber
tip (marked "B") by depressing
pushbutton and inserting into
the receptacle with matching "B"
until the pushbutton snaps and
locks into place. Repeat for
second leg. (Figure 3)
