Cause
Power supply not connected
Tubing blocked
Pump is clogged
Pump is not completely submerged
Spillway blocked
Tubing kinked
Excessive flow loss in the tubing due to friction
Solution
Connect spillway power supply
Clean or replace tubing
Check and clean pump
Completely submerge pump in the water.
Clean
Eliminate kink, replace tubing if it is damaged
Reduce tubing length to reduce frictional loss
