AutoLite-Laser Green
AutoLite-Laser unit battery charging
• Fully charge the unit's battery prior to use.
• Connect the charger/power adapter to an electric outlet and socket (M).
The control lamp on the power adapter will illuminate in red when the bat-
tery is charging. As soon as the power adapter's control lamp illuminates in
green, the battery is charged. When the unit is not connected to the char-
ger the power adapter's control lamp will blink.
• When the unit's battery indicator (A) illuminates, charge the battery.
• Please use only the included power adapter. The guarantee is voided if
another power adapter is used.
Inserting batteries into the SensoCommander
• Open the battery compartment (9) and insert batteries according to the
installation symbol (see technical data). Be sure to observe correct polarity
when doing this. Close the battery compartment again.
• Auto-Switch-Off: In order to save battery power the receiver will switch
itself off automatically after about 5 minutes of inactivity.
Note: Never dispose of expended batteries with normal garbage. They
should always be taken to a collection point for old batteries or hazardous
waste.
Horizontal and vertical use of the AutoLite-Laser
• Horizontal: Set up the unit on a surface that is as level as possible or fasten
it to a tripod.
• Vertical: Set the unit on its side feet. The operator panel should be at the
top.
Activate button (G) to switch on the unit.
• Within a range of +/- 5°, the unit will level itself automatically. The rotor
head will spin at maximum speed (600 rpm) and the middle LED (B) will
illuminate continuously. The laser will blink during unit alignment.
Note: The Out-Off-Level function will indicate if the unit's basic physical
position is too angular (i.e. greater than 5°) such that the unit cannot align
itself automatically. This condition will cause the right LED (C) and the laser
to blink. If this happens, place the unit on a more level surface.
