Assembly instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them
on the floor and check that all are there on the basis of the
packing list in these instructions for assembly and use. Please
note that a number of parts have been connected directly to the
main frame and preassembled. In addition, there are several
other individual parts that have been attached to separate
units. This will make it easier and quicker for you to assemble
the equipment.
Assembly time: 25 min.
Step 1:
Assembly of support (34) at main frame (19).
Put on the screws M8x20 (21) one washer (22) and put them acces-
sibly beside the main frame (19). Place the support (34) with bottom
part to the holder of main frame (19) and connect the connectors
of cables (15+58).
Insert the support (34) into the main frame (19) without squashing the
cable, secure it with screws (21) and tighten support (34) firmly.
Step 2:
Assembly of left and right handrail tube (40+41).
Put on each screw M5x15 (62) one washer (38). Place the left
connection tube (40) into appropriate holder on left side and right
connection tube (41) into right holder for connection tube (6) and
screw them tightly by using screws (62).
Step 3:
Assembly of left and right handle bar (27+28).
Insert the left handle bar (27) with bottom part into the left hand rail
tube (40) and with upper part onto the support (34) so that the holes
are align. Screw tightly the left handle bar (27) bottom part with
screws M5x15 (60) and Washer (38)at handrail tube (40). Screw
tightly the left handle
bar upper part with screw M8x40 (61) and Washer (22)at support
(34). Insert the right handle bar (28) with bottom part into the right
hand rail tube (41) and with upper part onto the support (34) so that
the holes are align. Screw tightly the right handle bar (28) bottom part
with screws M5x15 (60) at right handrail tube (41).Screw tightly the
left handle bar upper part with screw M8x40 (61) at support (34).
