LEGAL WARRANTY

The user, in order to be able to take advantage of the
legal warranty, referred to in EEC Directive 1999/44/EC,
must scrupulously observe the prescriptions contained
in this manual and in particular must:
always operate within the limits of use of the fireplace;
always carry out a constant and diligent maintenance;
authorise to use the fireplace persons of proven ability,
aptitude and who are adequately trained for the purpose.
Failure to comply with the instructions
contained in this manual will result in immediate
invalidation of the warranty.

MANUFACTURER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The manufacturer declines all civil and criminal,
direct or indirect responsibility, due to:
• installation non-complying with the existing
regulations in the country and with the safety
directives;
• failure to follow the instructions contained in this
manual;
• installation by unqualified and non-trained personnel;
• use not in compliance with the safety directives;
• modifications and repairs not authorised by the
Manufacturer carried out on the product;
• the use of non-original or non-specific parts for the
fireplace model;
• lack of maintenance;
• exceptional events.

1.10 USER CHARACTERISTICS

The user of the fireplace must be an adult and a responsible
person with the technical knowledge necessary for
ordinary maintenance on the fireplace components.
Make sure that children do not approach the fireplace
while it is operating with the intent of playing with it.

1.11 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Palazzetti is able to resolve any technical problem
concerning the use and maintenance of the entire life
cycle of the product.
The headquarters is at your disposal to direct you to the
nearest authorized service centre.

1.12 SPARE PARTS

Use only genuine spare parts.
Do not wait until the components are worn by use before
proceeding to their replacement.
Replace a worn component before its breaking favours
the prevention of accidents arising from accidents caused
by the sudden breakage of components which may cause
serious damages to persons and objects.
Perform periodic maintenance checks as
indicated in the " M A I N T E N A N C E A N D
CLEANING"chapter.

1.13 DELIVERY OF THE FIREPLACE

The fireplace is delivered perfectly packaged and fixed
to a wooden platform which allows handling it using fork
lift trucks and/or other means.
The product is accompanied by:
• a use, installation and maintenance manual
• a cold hand
• protection glove
