Hinweis: Die Montage muss in einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Raum bei mindestens +20°C
Raumtemperatur durchgeführt werden. Die vorgesehenen Klebeflächen am Fahrzeug zuerst
sorgfältig säubern und ebenso wie die Klebeflächen der Teile mit dem Reinigungstuch entfetten (siehe
Bild 3).
Vorsicht: Mit Isopropanol getränkte Reinigungstücher sind leicht entflammbar - deshalb bei der
Montage nicht rauchen!
1. Die Scheinwerferblenden innen - nur im Bereich der Blinkerleuchte mit dem beiliegenden
Schleifpapier anrauen (siehe Bild 4). Mit einem Bleistift die Konturen der Scheinwerferblende auf der
Blinkerleuchte anzeichnen (siehe Bild 5).
2 . Die Schrauben an der Blinkerleuchte mit einem 7er Gabelschlüssel lösen und die Blinkerleuchte
rausnehmen (siehe Bild 6).Kleben Sie mit einem Klebeband ca.2-3mm oberhalb der angezeichneten
Linie an der Blinkerleuchte ab. Den Primer-Stix ‚knacken' und leicht drücken, damit der Primer die
Faserspitze befeuchtet. Die vorgesehene Klebefläche auf der Blinkerleuchte mit dem Primer
bestreichen und ca. 20 Minuten ablüften lassen ehe Bild 7). Die Blinkerleuchte wieder befestigen und
das Klebeband entfernen (siehe Bild 8).
3. Die an den Scheinwerferblenden angeschraubten Adapterplatten mit dem Primer Stix von innen
bestreichen und ca.20 Minuten ablüften lassen (siehe Bild 9).
4. Die Klebebandrolle gemäß Bild 10 auf der Innenseite der Scheinwerferblenden verkleben.
5. Die vorgeprimerten Flächen der Adapterplatten und der Blinkerstelle mit dem Kleber gemäß Bild 11
auftragen.
6. Die Aplikationsfolie von dem Klebeband auf den Scheinwerferblenden abziehen und die
Scheinwerferblenden auf die vorgesehenen Stellen aufdrücken und evtl. an den Rändern
ausgetretenen Kleber sofort mit techn. Benzin entfernen. Die Teile in der endgültigen Position mit
Klebeband fixieren (siehe Bild 12-15).
Wichtig: Während der Trockenzeit darf das Fahrzeug nicht direkter Sonneneinwirkung ausgesetzt
werden! Den Fahrbetrieb erst wieder nach 12 Stunden aufnehmen.

Note: The assembly must be performed in a dry and well ventilated room at a room temperature of at
least + 20°C. First, thoroughly clean the designated adhesive surfaces on the vehicle and degrease
them with the cleaning tissue like you did with the adhesive surfaces of the parts (see Fig.3).
Caution:
Isopropanole cleaning tissues are highly flammable – this is why it is not allowed to smoke during

1. Roughen the inside of the headlamp covers – only in the area of the turn indicator light using the
supplied abrasive paper (see Fig. 4). Mark the contours of the headlamp covers on the turn indicator
with a pencil (see Fig. 5).
2. Loosen the screws on the turn indicator with a 7mm open end wrench and remove the turn indicator
(see Fig. 6). Protect approx. 2-3 mm above the marked line on the turn indicator with adhesive tape.
'Crack' the Primer-Stix and press it slightly, so that the primer moistens the fiber tip. Apply the primer to
the designated adhesive surface on the turn indicator and let it dry for approx. 20 minutes (Fig. 7).
Reassemble the turn indicator and remove the adhesive tape (see Fig. 8).
3. Apply the Primer Stix from the inside to the adapter plates screwed to the headlamp covers and let it
dry for approx. 20 minutes (see Fig. 9).
4. Apply the adhesive tape roll in accordance with Fig. 10 to the inside of the headlamp covers.
5. Apply the adhesive to the pre-primed surfaces of adapter plates and turn indicator in accordance with
Fig. 11.
6. Remove the application foil from the adhesive tape on the headlamp covers and press the headlamp
covers onto the designated points and, if required, remove any surplus adhesive with techn. benzene.
Fix the parts in the final position with adhesive tape (see Fig. 12-15.).
Important: Do not expose the car to direct sunlight while it is drying! The vehicle is ready for driving after
12 hours only.

Upozornění: Montáž provádějte v suchém a větratelném prostředí při teplotě min. +20°C. Lepení
neprovádějte na sluníčku. Při montáži nejezte ani nepijte. Plochy pro lepení musí být suché a zbavené
nečistot (jak plochy lepených dílů, tak plochy vozu), tyto je třeba dále odmastit přiloženým
odmašťovacím ubrouskem - povrch jím utírejte jen v jednom směru (obr.3).
Pozor: Odmašťovací ubrousek je napuštěn isopropanolem, který je vysoce hořlavý, proto při montáži
nekuřte!
1. Pomocí dodaného brusného plátna zdrsněte budoucí lepenou plochu. Dbejte na to, aby byla tato
plocha takto připravena (pouze část krytu, která bude přiléhat k blinkru) a mohlo tak dojít k maximální
adhezi PU lepidla. (obr. 4 ). Tužkou si označte správné umístění krytů (obr.5).
2. Uvolněte šroub, který drží blinkr a ten vysuňte (obr.6). Ve vzdálenosti 2-3 mm od plochy, která bude
ošetřena Sika Primerem, nalepte krycí pásku.
nasál její porézní knot. Natřete lepicí plochu na blinkru a nechte zhruba 20 min. zavadnout (obr.7).
Blinkr usaďte zpět na své místo , přišroubujte a odstraňte krycí pásku (obr. 8).
Na krytech hlavních světlometů je přišroubována destička se závitovým členem. Tuto destičku

natřete Sika primerem a nechte cca 20 min. zavadnout (obr.9).
4. Na kryty hlavních světlometů nalepte samolepicí pásku cca 5 mm od kraje (obr.10).
Na naprimerované plochy dílů ( na kryt světlometu - část na blinkru a na destičku na hlavním krytu)

naneste v přiměřené vrstvě lepidlo. Dodržte přitom vzdálenost cca. 5 - 7 mm od okraje dílu (obr.11).
6. Ze samolepící pásky odstraňte ochrannou vrstvu, mračítko usaďte
Případné přebytečné vytlačené lepidlo ihned odstraňte přiloženou špachtličkou a očistěte technickým
benzínem. Konečnou polohu dílů zafixujte lepící páskou a lepidlo nechte vytvrdnout (obr. 12-15).
Důležité:
Po dobu schnutí lepidla nesmí být díl vystaven přímému slunečnímu svitu. Opětovné uvedení vozidla
do provozu je možné po12-ti hodinách od dokončení montáže. Po dobu 24 hodin by neměla být
používána myčka.

Couvre-phares
INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE

Le montage doit être réalisé dans un local sec bien aéré à une température ambiante d'au moins
Note:
+20°C. Nettoyer d'abord soigneusement les surfaces de collage du véhicule et les dégraisser, ainsi
que les surfaces de collage des pièces, à l'aide d'un chiffon (voir fig. 3).
Attention : Les chiffons imprégnés d'isopropanol sont facilement inflammable – donc ne jamais fumer
pendant le montage !!
1. Rendre rugueuses avec le papier émeri fourni les surfaces intérieures des couvre-phares,
seulement dans la zone du clignotant (voir fig. 4). Marquer les contours des couvre-phares sur le
clignotant à l'aide d'un crayon (voir fig. 5).
Desserrer les vis du clignotant à l'aide d'une clé à fourche 7 et retirer le clignotant (voir fig. 6).

Appliquer la bande adhésive sur le clignotant à env. 2 à 3 mm au-dessus de la ligne marquée. «
Rompre » le Primer-Stix et exercer une légère pression afin que le primaire puisse humecter la pointe à
fibres. Appliquer du primaire sur la surface de collage du clignotant et laisser aérer pendant env. 20
minutes (voir fig. 7). Fixer de nouveau le clignotant et enlever la bande adhésive (voir fig. 8).
3. Appliquer du primaire sur les surfaces intérieures des plaques adaptatrices vissées sur les couvre-
phares et laisser aérer pendant env. 20 minutes (voir fig. 9.).
4. Appliquer la bande adhésive fournie sur la face intérieure des couvre-phares selon la fig. 10.
5. Appliquer la colle sur les surfaces des plaques adaptatrices et du clignotant traités au primaire selon
la fig. 11.
6. Enlever la feuille d'application de la bande adhésive des couvre-phares et presser les couvre-
phares contre les endroits préparés et enlever immédiatement d'éventuelles quantités de colle
excédentaires avec de l'essence à nettoyer. Fixer les pièces avec une bande adhésive dans leur
position finale (voir fig. 12-15.).
Pendant la période de séchage, le véhicule ne doit pas être directement exposé aux
