Placement of the parts to be cleaned

Reminder! The tank has been designed to contain only objects and
chemical products! This device is in no way adapted to wash human
bodies or plants.
Never dip your hand into the liquid solution while ultrasound is being applied!
Extended exposure to ultrasound can cause deterioration of cell membranes.
Be sure to turn off the device before inserting and removing parts.
To avoid damage to your tank, never place objects directly on the tank
floor.
Objects are to be placed in the stainless steel baskets.
With liquids capable of causing damage to the stainless steel tank, it
is essential to use a tub made of synthetic material and specially
designed to hold liquid acids.
Degassing of the liquid
A freshly-prepared cleaning solution contains air that acts to reduce
ultrasound efficiency during cleaning. In order to overcome this
obstacle, the "Degas" function serves to degas the solution for several
minutes prior to cleaning. As this process unfolds, microscopic air
bubbles are able to escape from the liquid.
This button degasses the freshly-prepared solution for approx. 5-10 min.
To activate and deactivate this function, simply use the "Degas" button.
The Degas and Sweep functions cannot be activated simultaneously.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Before initiating the cleaning operation, carefully read the following
recommendations.
The user is responsible for monitoring all cleaning results.
Be aware of the burn risk with both hot surfaces and liquids! A physical reaction
induces the ultrasonic energy to transform into heat. The device and liquid heat up
in the presence of ultrasound activity, even with the heating element turned off. In
the continuous operation mode with a protective cover, temperature can exceed
60°C. During continuous operations with a cover and heating, temperature might
rise above 80°C. Do not dip your hand into the liquid solution. Be sure to wear
gloves if necessary to touch the device and baskets!
