Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the floor
and check roughly that all are there on the base of the assembly steps.
Please note that a number of parts have been connected directly to
the main frame and preassembled. In addition, there are several other
individual parts that have been attached to separate units. This will make
it easier and quicker for you to assemble the equipment. Assembly
time: 40 - 50 min.
Step 1:
Preparing for assembly of main frame (1).
1. Take out the screws (20) from main frame (1) and pull out slowly the
seat frame (9) from main frame (1).
2. Screw into the threat holes the screws (20) with washers (21) at seat
frame (9).
Step 2:
Attach the stabilizer (2+3) and seat frame (9) at main frame (1).
1. Place the seat frame (9) near the main frame (1) and connect the plugs
of pulse connection cables 1 (10) and pulse connection cables 2 (26).
2. Push the seat frame (9) into the locator provided for it at the main frame
(1). Ensure that the cable connections made are not squashed. Screw
the seat frame (9) at the main frame (1) with screws (20), washers (21)
and spring washers (42).
3. Attach the front foot (2) with the preassembled transport rollers (7) to
the main frame (1). Do this with the two screws M8x75 (45), washers
(13), spring washers (42) and cap nuts (6).
4. Attach the rear foot (3) with preassembled end caps (8) to the seat frame
(9). Do this with the two screws M8x90 (4), washers (5), spring washers
(42) and cap nuts (6).
5. Screw in the rubber foot (35) into the appropriate threat of main frame
(1). After assembly has been completed, you can compensate for minor
irregularities in the floor by turning the wheel at end cap (8) and rubber
foot (35). The equipment should be set up that the equipment does not
move of its own accord during a training session. If you like to change
the position of the recumbent bike, lift up at rear foot (3) until you can
move easy on the front transportation rollers to another place.
