Routine Tests before Take-Off
In case you are sharing the airfield area with several other model sport enthusiasts, you need to ensure that you
are the only one who is sending on your channel before you turn on your transmitter.
• Always pull out the transmitter's antenna (not necessary if using a 2.4 GHz transmitter) and check for tightness.
• Before turning your transmitter on ensure that the throttle stick is being set to stop / neutral.
• Has the correct model memory been chosen?
• Always turn the transmitter on first and the receiver thereafter.
• Execute a range check before take-off.
• Execute a function test. Also check the machine direction and the model's servo control movement.
• Are combined functions and switches configured correctly?
• Is the battery's charge condition sufficient?
• In case of doubts, do not launch the model!
• Always turn off the receiver first and the transmitter thereafter.
