augmentation des coûts ou frais, ou de toute perte ou dommage indirect, spécial ou consécutif.
Sous réserves des limites prévues par la loi applicable, la responsabilité de Modecor sera
limitée à la valeur d'achat du produit. Aucune indemnité n'est accordée pour la période
d'inactivité du produit défectueux.
10. Les présentes Conditions Générales de Garantie sont régies par la loi italienne.
11. Le tribunal de Varèse (VA-Italie) sera compétent pour tout litige découlant de
l'interprétation, de l'exécution ou de la résiliation des présentes Conditions Générales de
Garantie.

garantie, le Client peut contacter directement le service d'assistance du
pays de référence, comme indiqué dans le tableau suivant :

1. The warranty period of the Decojet A4 Elite product is 12 (twelve) months from the date of
delivery of the product as indicated in the fiscal document of purchase. According to art.
1495 c.c., the purchaser's right to warranty ceases if the defect is not reported within 15
(fifteen) calendar days from its discovery; the copy of the fiscal document of purchase
shall be shown/released when the intervention under warranty is requested.
The warranty shall not be activated in any ways in the total or partial absence of such
documentation.
The warranty will be activated if no solution to the problem is found through the assistance
of the help desk operator. The operator shall be responsible for providing the necessary
instructions to the Customer for returning the product to the repair centres.
2. The seller guarantees the integrity and functionality of the products at the time of delivery
and the warranty only covers the product that has been properly installed and used. The
