If the cartridge has just been inserted for the first time, it may be damaged. Please

➢ Si le problème persiste même avec la nouvelle cartouche, vérifiez que tous les
contacts des logements de cartouche sont intacts
If the problem persists even with the new cartridge, check that all contacts in the
cartridge slots are intact
Elimination d'un bourrage papier–
Retirez le papier coincé du plateau arrière, puis pulvérisez de l'air comprimé pour éliminer tout
résidu de papier alimentaire
Remove the jammed paper from the rear tray, then spray compressed air to remove
any food sheet fragment or residue
AVERTISSEMENT : Ne touchez pas le câble plat blanc ou le film semi-transparent se trouvant à
l'intérieur de l'imprimante, afin d'éviter le dysfonctionnement de l'imprimante.
ATTENTION: Do not touch the white flat cable or translucent film inside the
printer. Doing so may cause a malfunction
