Editing
With this unit you carry out the following procedures for video
editing.
Overview of Video Editing
Editing means extracting the required sections from recorded
material, and joining them together as desired.
First, you select the sections to be used. These are referred to as
cuts, each delineated by an IN point (at the start) and an OUT
point (at the end).

You can check the details of the cuts in the PROGRAM LIST
menu.
The result of editing is a set of cuts joined together; this is
referred to as a program.
One program can include a maximum of 99 cuts. You can
create up to four programs.
Once the cuts are decided, you decide the order in which to put
them together. There are menu settings to enable you to delete
cuts no longer needed, rearrange the cuts, or repeat the same
cut a number of times.
