Before Use
Assembly:
Take the machine out of the packaging and check
for possible transport damages.
Set up the machine level and in a tilt-safe manner.
Check the tight seating of the filter unit 16.
Filling:
Tilt up the right-hand side of the cleaning basin 6
and rest it on the interior rod.
Fill the tank with approx. 100 l of Würth cleaning
agent.
Initial Operation
The electrical connection to the power network is
carried out via the power cable with plug; the heat-
ing system switches on automatically. „On" is indi-
cated in the display 20 for 3 seconds.
Observe mains voltage: The voltage of the power
source must correspond with the data on the type
plate of the machine.
Caution: The power network must be equipped with
a residual current device (RCCB) in accordance with
DIN VDE 0100.
Open the lid 1 and insert the parts to be cleaned into
the cleaning basin 6.
Observe the maximum loading capacity of
250 kg!
Left position: Automatic cleaning with flat noz-
zle 18.
Right position: Manual cleaning with brush 4.
Note: In centre position, both outlets are open.
Switch the washer pump on by pressing the multiple
pushbutton 21 at the control panel.
The pump switches off automatically after 60 min-
utes.
The cleaning process can be ended anytime by
pressing the multiple pushbutton 21 again.
To restart, press the multiple pushbutton 21 again.
Depending on the actual temperature, the heating
process for the cleaning agent can take up to
2.5 hours. The operating temperature is factory-set
to 42 °C and can not be changed.
Upon reaching the operating temperature, the heat-
ing LED 22 in the display goes out and the tempera-
ture is indicated.
Note: When interrupting work, only switch off the
washer pump and do not disconnect the device from
power, so that the temperature of the cleaning agent
is maintained.
Energy Saving Mode
During stop times, e.g. at night, on the weekend or
during vacation periods, the device can be switched
to the energy saving mode. For this, press the multi-
ple pushbutton 21 for 3 seconds. „30" is indicated
in the display 20. In the energy saving mode, the
temperature is kept at 30 °C.
Pressing the multiple pushbutton once exits the ener-
gy saving mode again and the device heats up the
cleaning liquid to 42 °C. Depending on the ambient
temperature, the heating period takes approx. 1
hour. Upon reaching the temperature and continu-
ous indication of „42" in the display 20, the device
is ready for operation again and optimum cleaning
capacity is ensured.
