5. Installation
The drainset must be connected between the pump unit's solenoid valve connection and the main vessel, as shown. The drainset
pipework must be connected to the main vessel (with the component's flexible hose) free of forces/ mechanically decoupled. The
volume flow drained can be reliably drained by means of a drain pipe provided by the customer (at least DN65); it must not be
connected directly to the elbow on the drainset. Use a tundish for hydraulic separation! Additionally, the technical room must provide
a sufficiently large floor drain. The hydraulic installation downstream of the bend must not generate back pressure in the drainset.
The drain medium may not be suitable for the mains wastewater system and must, if necessary, be collected and disposed
of without impacting the basic vessel! Attention: Risk of scalding! Both system components and drainset media can reach
temperatures up to 70 °C.
