Troubleshooting

Problem
The DVD regional codes
can
no
longer
be
changed.
The
Wireless
LAN/
Bluetooth
modules
cannot be detected.
The PC Camera module
cannot be detected.
The system and/or
application(s) are
experiencing slow
downs/general
problems.
The code has been changed the maximum 5 times. See
page
17.
The modules are off. Check the LED indicator
off (see
"LED Indicators" on page
(WLAN) or Fn + F12 (Bluetooth) key combination(s) in order to enable the modules (see
Table 3, on page
12).
The module is off. Press the Fn + F10 key combination in order to enable the module (see
Table 3, on page
12). Run the BisonCap program to view the camera picture.
The memory allocation for use by the NVIDIA integrated graphic system may be set too high if
your computer has 256MB of system memory on board.
Use the Advanced menu in the BIOS to set the amount of system memory for use by the NVIDIA
integrated graphic system to the default setting of 32MB if you have 256MB of system memory
on board.
1.
Restart the computer and press F2 at startup to enter the BIOS Setup.
2.
Use the cursor keys to move to and select the Advanced menu.
3.
Use the cursor keys to move to and select the Frame buffer size menu.
4.
Press Enter to change the setting to 32MB.
5.
Press F10 to save and exit the BIOS Setup
