Fitting instructions
1) Disassemble the bumper.
2) Remove the bolts M8 out of the underside of the buffer beam.
3) Place the mounting pieces (ref.1) and (ref.2) with the points (A) on the already welded bolts against the
underside of the chassis beam.
The points (B) are comming against the nuts of the buffer beam fixation.
Insert by (A) the nuts and the washers and insert by (B) the bolts through the rear and insert afterwards the
nuts.
Place by (C) the mounting tube (ref.3) between the bodywork and the mounting piece. Do not tighten anything
yet.
4) Place the tow bar so that the points (D) and (E) of the tow bar are matching with those of the already
mounted pieces.
Insert the bolts, washers and nuts and tighten everything firmly.
5) Make an incision in the underside of the bumper of 30x50mm so that this is matching over the tow bar.
Assemble the bumper.
6) Assemble the ball together with the security shackle (-s) and the socket plate holder (-p), bring in the bolts
and tighten everything firmly (see tension).

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
