6.1), connect the TRANSMITTERS as indicated in Fig. 6, using the proper cables provided. If the
TRANSMITTERs are shut off, turn them on by pressing the P1 button; the TRANSMITTER's L1 LED
will flash twice to indicate that the battery is being charged. It takes approx. 3 hours to fully charge
the battery. When the battery is fully charged the TRANSMITTER's L1 LED will remain lit.

DJUSTING THE ACOUSTIC SIGNAL
To adjust the volume of the acoustic signal, press the SET RED and the SET GREEN buttons
simultaneously: each time you press, the volume will go from "OFF" to "MINIMUM" to "MAXIMUM",
see Fig. 7.

To improve the visibility of signalling for the two fencers, you can use two RECEIVERs, which should
be placed, for example, at the far ends of the piste. Programme the two RECEIVERs with the same
piste number and the same weapon (see ch. 3.1 and 3.2). Use only one of the two RECEIVERs to
programme the two TRANSMITTERs (see ch. 3.1 and 3.2).
In the case of strong radio disturbance, or in the case of simultaneous hits occurring
at the limit of FIE time regulations, it is possible that the light indicators of the two
RECEIVERs are different.
