Working with the Equipment:
Do not place feet or hands near or
under rotating parts when working.
Keep away from the ejector chute.

only if your feet are a safe distance
away from the machine's moving
parts.

Do not place the flap of the ejector
chute in the direction of people, ani-
mals, windows or cars. Do not start
the motor, if the flap of the ejector
chute is pointing towards the operator.
There is a risk of personal injury and
damage to property.

Only work in good light. Working in
areas without lighting can result in ac-
cidents.
•
Do not use the machine in damp or
wet conditions.
•
Do not work with the equipment when
tired, lacking concentration or under
the influence of alcohol or drugs. Al-
ways take breaks in good time. Take
a sensible approach to the work. This
enables you to control the equipment

better in unexpected situations.

When working, ensure a firm stance,
particularly on slopes. Do not work
across slopes. Take particular care
when changing the direction of travel
on the slope. Do not work on exces-
sively steep slopes (max. 10°). There
is the risk that the machine will topple
over.

Run the equipment only at a walk-
ing pace. Take particular care when
turning the equipment around, pulling
it towards you or going backwards.
Take care on icy surfaces to avoid slip-
ping or falling.
•
Be careful when crossing paths, roads
or driveways and be aware of any hid-
den dangers and the traffic.
•
The equipment is not to be lifted or
transported while the motor is running.
There is a risk of injury.

Do not leave the equipment unattend-
ed in the workplace.

Do not work with equipment that is
damaged, incomplete, or has been
modified without the authorisation
of the manufacturer. Do not use the
equipment with damaged safety de-
vices. This ensures that the equipment
remains safe.

Do not overload the equipment. Work
only within the specified power range
and do not change the regulator set-
tings on the motor. Do not use low-
powered machines for heavy work. Do
not use your equipment for purposes
other than those for which it is de-
signed. Using the equipment for pur-
poses other than those intended can
result in dangerous situations.

Do not use the equipment near
inflammable liquids or gases. Non-
observance will result in a risk of fire
or explosion.
